I've been working on a series of fabric art postcards:

using commercially-printed & hand-dyed fabric

Tulle & embellishments such as

ephemera, vintage & contemporary buttons & found objects.

I love this piece of vintage ephemera ~~ a table placeholder

probably from a restaurant ~ cruise ship?

The hand-dyed fabric is a mixture of logwood (purchased)
and basil (from my garden).

I used an acrylic-dyed dryer sheet
that was pulled apart, entrapped under tulle
and embellished with thread work

None of the group are totally finished;
I need to design backs for them.
